Ambition

We have ambition to deliver more re purposed space that is not only fit for purpose but breaths new life into structures that are no longer suitable for their original use.

Where it is possible and appropriate, we have a responsibility to limit our environmental impact by re purposing and reusing buildings and building materials. We have sympathetically converted barns and bars, reclaimed and reused materials and brought Listed buildings back into use after years of neglect and underinvestment whilst delivering internal rates of return of between 40% and 200%.

We are looking for new opportunities within the Norfolk area. If you have a building that is no longer suitable for its original use and could be repurposed to create new space then we would like to hear from you. We can enter into a joint venture with you or purchase it outright.
